is a  agrifood-chain industry  specilized in  iberian pork breeding

and derived product manufacturing.

The company is the heir to the  traditional ham curing know how,

transmited for more than 4 generations.

Our concerned for quality and excellence, has carried us to close the whole cycle:

1º) We breed our own animals so as be able to guarantee its race purity.

2º)We feed them in our own oak and holm forest with acorns, and silver

pastures in wild-controlled regime.

3º) We sacrificed the animals in our own slaughter house ,maximazing

sanitary controls.

and

4º) We cure the hams in our own driers.

The final result of this process are cured hams and col cut food with an

OWN AND EXCLUSIVE TASTE  that belongs to our industry ,

and lasts unvariable through decades and years...............
