Cured ham from Iberian pig nourished in our holm oak forest with natural fodders, produced from our cereals, bred in wild-controled regime.
The exercise the pig does looking for its food, delay its fattening and enhance the fat infiltration between the muscular mass
The results are juiciness , aroma and incomparable taste.
It has exquisites sensory and organoleptic properties when it is sliced for its immediate consumption:
-A characteristic colour from the pink to the red purple, streaken with bright and golden fat streak : Delicate savour, slightly salty, with very pleasant aromas, full of sensorial hints and juicy at the taste.
The rest of the not sliced ham keep all its properties thanks to the natural protection that provides its own walls that have been salted at the beginning of its 24 months curing process.
The ham comes from the front leg of the pig.
COMPOSITION: Pork meat and salt.
