Sliced Acorn Cured Ham (150 gr):

Sliced Cured Ham from Iberia pig mainly nourished with acorns from our holm oak and wild  pastures , bred in wild-controlled forest regime.

The exercise the pig does looking for its food, delay its fattening and enhance the fat infiltration between the muscular mass

The results are juiciness , aroma and a incomparable taste.

It has exquisites sensory and organoleptic properties when it is sliced for its immediate consumption:

-A characteristic colour from the pink to the red purple, streaken with bright and golden fat streak , that reveals the low fusion point of the acorn fat: Delicate savour, slightly salty, with very pleasant aromas, full of sensorial hints and juicy at the taste.

The rest of the not sliced ham keep all its properties thanks to the natural protection that provides its own walls that have been salted at the beginning of its 24 months curing process.

The ham comes from the hind leg of the pork.
